Case 08 / Editorial strategy · Institutional partnership
An Arts Fund and a Commercial Streamer, One Announcement.

AFAC had a decade of institutional credibility. OSN, out of Dubai, had commercial reach. They were partnering on a new writers' programme, and the risk ran both ways.
Flatten AFAC's seriousness into commercial noise, or let either side borrow the other's credibility without earning it, and one partner loses. Both needed something real out of the same moment.
The bet
Make the audience want it before anyone announced it.
A press release tells a cold audience that something new exists. Before the partnership was announced at all, I built a teaser around a beloved Egyptian cultural reference, لن أعيش في جلباب أبي, so the audience felt the anticipation of something arriving before a single official word was confirmed. The programme name itself, غرفة الكتاب, carried the reveal.
The audience felt what was coming before a single word was confirmed.

What happened
The partnership launched as a cultural moment people were already anticipating.
This is the project I would point to first when the question is whether I can represent a brand's interest as carefully as an artist's or an institution's.
