Twelve Productions, and One Split That Wasn’t Standard.

Between 2022 and 2026 I was the creative director bridging WRST’s music team and Egypt’s drama and cinema production houses. The unit ran on six-figure budgets. On one series we negotiated a 50/50 IP split, co-owning the music and distribution rights alongside the production house. That is not standard. It took understanding the value of what was being made.
